GetBuilo's generation capabilities are built on a carefully selected stack of AI providers. Rather than building and maintaining its own models from scratch, GetBuilo integrates with best-in-class large language models, research APIs, and infrastructure services—letting the platform focus on delivering the best possible founder experience while staying at the frontier of AI capability. Here's how the AI layer is structured and what it means for you. The specific large language models GetBuilo routes tasks to are subject to change as the team continuously evaluates new models for quality, speed, and cost. GetBuilo optimizes model selection per task type—the model powering your Idea Validation may differ from the one powering your Marketing Strategy generation. You'll always get the best available model for each job without any configuration required on your end. ## Large Language Models GetBuilo uses state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) to power its core generation features—Idea Validation, Business Model generation, Customer Persona creation, Marketing Strategy, Founder Coach conversations, and more. These models understand context, reason about business problems, and generate structured, actionable output based on the information you provide about your idea and goals. The LLMs GetBuilo uses are sourced from leading AI research organizations and accessed via their production APIs. GetBuilo applies its own business frameworks, prompt engineering, and output formatting on top of these models to deliver the structured, founder-focused results you see in the platform. ## Web Research: Firecrawl Real-time web data for features like Market Research and Competitor Analysis is powered by **Firecrawl**—a web crawling and data extraction API that fetches live content from the web at the moment you run a generation. This means your market research reflects what's actually happening in your industry right now, not a static dataset that was collected months ago. Your card data is never stored on GetBuilo's servers—Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure handles everything. Here's what you need to know: * **Your data is not used to train AI models.** The prompts and content you generate in GetBuilo are not fed into training datasets for any of the underlying LLMs or research APIs. * **Data is processed per provider's terms.** When GetBuilo sends a request to an AI provider, your input is processed according to that provider's data processing agreement.
