GetBuilo Terms of Service: User Agreement and Usage Rules

By creating a GetBuilo account and using the platform, you enter into an agreement with GetBuilo governed by these Terms of Service. This page summarizes the key terms in plain language so you understand your rights and responsibilities as a user. Please read through each section before using the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetBuilo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you’re using GetBuilo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Account Eligibility

To create a GetBuilo account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher)
• Provide a valid, active email address that you own and can access
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

GetBuilo is a tool for legitimate business building. When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Use GetBuilo to generate, store, or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Use the AI generation features to create spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Abuse or attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use GetBuilo to build businesses or products that compete directly with GetBuilo without explicit written permission
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy GetBuilo’s platform, AI outputs at scale, or proprietary frameworks
• Use GetBuilo for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

GetBuilo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use guidelines without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

You own your content. Any business content you generate using GetBuilo—your business plans, market research, brand concepts, website copy, marketing strategies, and all other project outputs—belongs to you. GetBuilo claims no ownership over the business content you create using the platform. GetBuilo owns the platform. The GetBuilo software, user interface, proprietary frameworks, prompt systems, brand assets, and documentation are owned by GetBuilo and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the GetBuilo platform without written permission. Your inputs. By submitting content to GetBuilo (such as your business descriptions, competitor names, and project details), you grant GetBuilo a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you. GetBuilo does not use your inputs for any purpose beyond delivering your requested generations.

Subscription Terms

• Recurring billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date each month until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you will not be charged for the next cycle, and you retain access to paid features until the period ends.
• Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Credit top-ups: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed.
• Price changes: GetBuilo reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ advance notice by email or in-app notification.

Limitation of Liability

GetBuilo provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While GetBuilo works hard to ensure accuracy, reliability, and quality of AI-generated content, it does not warrant that:

• AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetBuilo’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to GetBuilo in the 12 months preceding the claim. GetBuilo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The AI-generated content GetBuilo produces is intended as a starting point for your business planning—not as legal, financial, or professional advice. Always seek qualified professional advice before making significant business decisions.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with GetBuilo, please start by contacting legal@getbuilo.com. GetBuilo will work in good faith to resolve issues quickly and fairly through direct communication before any formal process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in GetBuilo’s jurisdiction, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

Changes to These Terms

GetBuilo may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, you’ll be notified by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
