General

GetBuilo is an AI-powered Founder OS—a complete platform that helps entrepreneurs turn ideas into real businesses. It combines structured business frameworks with large language models to guide you through every stage of building: validating your idea, defining your business model, researching your market, building your brand, creating a website, planning your launch, and more. Think of it as having an experienced co-founder available 24/7, with the tools to actually execute.
Yes—GetBuilo offers a free plan that lets you explore the platform and run a limited number of AI generations. Paid plans unlock higher credit limits, advanced features like custom domain publishing, priority support, and access to the full suite of Founder OS tools. You can view the full plan comparison on the Pricing page.
GetBuilo works for a wide range of business types—physical products, digital products, SaaS, service businesses, e-commerce, content businesses, agencies, and more. The AI tailors its output to your specific business model and industry rather than giving you generic advice. Whether you’re building a niche marketplace or a local service business, GetBuilo’s frameworks adapt to your context.
Absolutely. GetBuilo isn’t just for new ideas. Founders use it to refresh their positioning, research new markets, build a second product line, create marketing strategies for existing offerings, and get an outside perspective on their business model. Simply describe your existing business when setting up a project and GetBuilo will generate insights grounded in your current context.

AI & Credits

AI credits are the currency you spend each time GetBuilo runs an AI generation—such as validating an idea, generating a business model, creating brand concepts, or running a competitor analysis. Each generation consumes a set number of credits depending on the complexity of the task. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can purchase additional credits at any time from Settings → Billing.
When your credit balance reaches zero, AI generation features are paused until your next monthly renewal or until you purchase a top-up. You can still view, edit, and export all of the content you’ve already generated—running out of credits doesn’t lock you out of your existing work. To buy more credits immediately, go to Settings → Billing → Buy Credits.
No. GetBuilo does not use your business data, project content, or prompts to train AI models—neither its own nor those of third-party providers. Your project data is used solely to generate responses for you and is not fed into any shared training datasets. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
AI outputs can occasionally miss the mark. The most common reasons are: an input that’s too vague (the AI doesn’t have enough context), an input that’s too broad (the AI has to guess what to focus on), or a brief quality variation in the underlying model. Try refining your input with more specific details and regenerate. If a generation is consistently producing poor results for a specific feature, contact support—the team actively monitors generation quality.

Billing

Yes. You can cancel your GetBuilo subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period—you won’t be charged again after that. You’ll retain access to your projects and generated content even after cancellation, though some features may become restricted on the free tier.
Monthly plan credits do not roll over—they reset on your billing date each month. Credit top-ups you purchase separately are added to your balance and do not expire, so they’ll carry over until you use them. This distinction is shown in Settings → Billing → Credit Balance.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher plan’s features and your billing is prorated—you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can manage your plan in Settings → Billing → Change Plan.
GetBuilo offers a free plan you can use indefinitely to get a feel for the platform. Certain paid plan features may include a trial period—check the Pricing page for current trial availability. If you’re evaluating GetBuilo for a team or have specific questions about enterprise access, contact support@getbuilo.com.

Projects & Data

The number of projects you can create depends on your plan. Free plan users can create a limited number of projects, while paid plans unlock additional or unlimited projects. Check the Pricing page for the project limits on each plan, or see your current usage in Settings → Account.
Project sharing and collaboration features are on the GetBuilo roadmap. Currently, each project is tied to the account that created it. In the meantime, you can export your project content as PDF or document files and share those with co-founders, advisors, or team members.
To delete a project, open the project and go to Project Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Project. You’ll be asked to confirm the deletion by typing the project name. Deletion is permanent—GetBuilo cannot recover deleted projects, so make sure you’ve exported anything you want to keep before proceeding.
Yes. You can export individual sections of your project (such as your business plan, market research, or brand kit) as PDF or document files directly from the project workspace. To request a full export of all your account data, contact support@getbuilo.com and the team will prepare a complete data export for you.

Website

Yes. GetBuilo supports custom domain publishing on paid plans. Once you’ve built your website in the website builder, go to Website → Settings → Custom Domain, enter your domain name, and follow the DNS configuration instructions. See the Publishing Issues guide if you run into any trouble connecting your domain.
The website builder is available on all plans, but publishing your site to a live URL and connecting a custom domain require a paid plan. Free plan users can build and preview their website within GetBuilo—they just can’t publish it publicly until they upgrade.
If you cancel your paid plan, your website will be taken offline at the end of your billing period. Your website project and all its content remain saved in your GetBuilo account on the free tier—you can re-publish it at any time by reactivating a paid plan. If you connected a custom domain, you should update your DNS records to point elsewhere before your plan expires to avoid any downtime.
