How the Launch Checklist Works
When you open the Launch Checklist for the first time, GetBuilo scans your Founder Journey completion status and pre-fills the checklist with all relevant tasks for your business type. Tasks you’ve already completed—like saving your customer personas or publishing your website—are automatically marked done. New tasks, flagged items, and optional enhancements appear in their respective categories with clear descriptions and, where applicable, direct links to the relevant tool or module inside GetBuilo. Your Business Readiness Score appears at the top of the checklist as a percentage. It updates in real time as you check off items, giving you an at-a-glance measure of how prepared you are to go live. The score weights tasks by importance—completing your legal setup and publishing your website moves the needle more than adding social media links—so a score of 80% or higher typically means you’re ready to launch.Checklist Categories

🚀 Launch Day Tasks
🚀 Launch Day Tasks
Launch day is about execution and momentum. Have these tasks queued up and ready to go so you can move quickly once the clock starts. Key items include:
- Send your launch announcement email to your waitlist or existing contacts
- Publish your launch post on all active social media profiles
- Submit to Product Hunt (if applicable) and line up upvotes from your network in advance
- Post in relevant communities (subreddits, Slack groups, Facebook groups) with a genuine, non-spammy introduction
- Message your personal network individually (not a mass blast)—a personal note converts far better than a broadcast
- Monitor your website analytics in real time on launch day—track visitors, sign-ups, and any drop-off points in your funnel
- Have a customer support plan ready—know how you’ll respond to questions, issues, or complaints that arrive in the first 24 hours
- Capture and document early feedback from the first people who sign up, buy, or reach out with questions
