Your current AI credit balance is always visible in the top-right corner of your dashboard, next to your account avatar. Clicking the credit balance opens a detailed breakdown showing:- Credits remaining in your current monthly cycle

How Credits Refresh
Your AI credit balance refreshes automatically at the start of each monthly billing cycle—the same date you originally subscribed. Credits reset to your plan’s full monthly allocation. If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, your balance immediately increases to the new plan’s allocation, prorated for the days remaining in your current billing period.Buying Additional Credits

Unused credits from your monthly plan allocation do not roll over at the end of your billing cycle—they reset to your plan’s standard allocation at the start of each new month. However, credits purchased as add-on packs do not expire and carry over indefinitely until you use them. If you regularly have leftover credits at month-end, consider whether a lower plan might suit your current usage, or bank future needs in an add-on pack.

When your credit balance reaches zero, AI generation actions are paused until your balance refreshes or you purchase an add-on pack. You can still access, view, edit, and export all of your existing AI-generated outputs—nothing is locked or removed. GetBuilo shows a clear notification when your balance is low (under 20% of your monthly allocation) and again when it reaches zero, so you are never surprised mid-analysis. You can purchase an add-on pack instantly from the notification prompt and continue without interruption.
